We have a 100% satisfaction policy. If, for any reason, you wish to return a CryoSeed product, we will refund the full order amount! You have the option to cancel your order up to 30 days after receiving the item, without providing a reason. A used or damaged product can not be returned.

You have the right to a full refund by:

• Sending us a ‘Cancel Order’ request within 30 days after receiving the item
• Returning the product within 14 days after your cancellation request.

The costs for returning the product must be paid by the consumer.
